Message	on jack. Remove lid from reservoir. Start car and turn steering wheel side to side for a few minutes. But I'll admit your symptoms seem pretty severe to be caused by a few air bubbles but worth a shot to rule out. Also captain obvious here, but you have confirmed that you have automatic transmission fluid (ATF Dexron Type III) in the pump and not power steering fluid, correct?
